This traditional zen meditation cushion provides proper support for the spine while sitting in a lotus or half lotus position. They are constructed with medium weight cotton canvas and are stitched with nylon thread for strength. The Buckwheat Hulls easily conform to create a comfortable sitting position. Choose from five wonderful colors measuring four inches high and either 12" or 14" wide.
