At Northern Naturals we stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.

We really want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you order. You can return any of our products within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. It is important to contact us before returning any products so we can give you shipping information and a return authorization number. We can not accept returns without return authorization numbers.

We will credit your account after receiving your return. Please try to give at least a week trial before returning Bedding as it can often and is quite common to take 2-3 weeks to adjust to a new level of comfort. Call us toll free at 1-888-293-3985 to arrange return authorization. We will then give you the return shipping instructions. Returned products must be securely sealed in an undamaged plastic bag and box. Return shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer.

Return Guidelines

You have 7 days to return your item from when you are issued the return authorization number. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse.
