Natural Fibre Futon Mattresses

Our Natural Fibre Futon is made with a new, special process for creating a long lasting durable and environmentally healthy Eco-Friendly Foam. Made from Pure Cotton and a small amount of poly fiber bonded together by heat. This special blended alternative foam has been used in Europe for many years but it has only been recently introduced into the United States.

The unique quality European developed process for creating this special foam can only be accomplished with special machinery brought from Europe to the United States. Unlike the polyurethane foam found in most futons and mattresses our Foam does not release volatile chemicals into the air and won't break down or disintegrate when exposed to air.

We also do not use any toxic fire retardants in our cotton, there are many approved toxic chemicals that can be used for treating bedding and futons. We only use clean Pure Cotton with a small amount of natural boric acid added as a environmentally friendly very safe, effective and approved fire retardant.

Our Natural Fibre Futons are made with a core of Special Eco-Friendly Foam and multiple layers of pure Natural Cotton.

8" Natural Fibre Futon Mattress is made with Two layers of Eco-Friendly Foam and Seven layers of Pure Natural Cotton, this is a Premium Quality Futon Mattress that works Great as a Sofa or a Full Time Bed. Works well on all our Futon Frames and Platform Beds. Our 8” Natural Fibre Futon Mattress will offer years of comfort and good nights' sleep. Comes with a full 8 Year Warranty.
