At Northern Naturals we stand behind every product we sell, so we do our best to help you make an informed decision before make a purchase. We really want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. You can return any of our products within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.
If you happen to receive a product that is defective let us know immediately so we can arrange an exchange for you within 30 days from the date of delivery. If, for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price less restocking fees. Return shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer. Custom orders are, regretfully, non-returnable or refundable.
Return Procedures and Guidelines:
1) Call or email us for a return authorization number and proper shipping instructions. We cannot accept returns or give credit without the return authorization number.
2) All returned products are to arrive boxed and securely sealed in an undamaged plastic bag, for weatherproofing, and be in resalable condition.
3) Once you receive a return authorization code your product must arrive within 7 business days. After 7 days, only store credit will be issued for the cost of the product less shipping and restocking fees.
4) Unless your item is defective, you are responsible for restocking fees that range from 10% to 25% depending on the supplier and their requirements. You can contact Customer Service directly to find out specifically what the restocking fees are for your particular item.
5) Shipping to and from the manufacturer is not reimbursed.
6) We credit your account after receiving your return on or after the 18th of each month. Return shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer.
